Webinar: What about the health care of migrants?
Hear from Dr. Nisha Kansal on how doctors and health care providers can better provide health care to migrant workers, the undocumented and uninsured who experience barriers accessing timely health care.

Nisha Kansal is a family physician and women’s health provider in Toronto. She has a longstanding interest in the health of individuals and communities marginalized by social structures, with a particular interest in the health of racialized migrants and women. With a strong belief in health care for all, regardless of financial means and immigration status, she has pursued this interest through both clinical, activist, and research work. Her current clinical work is through Community Health Centres (CHCs) and the Immigrant Women’s Health Centre (IWHC Toronto) in Ontario, and activist work is at the systems level is through OHIP for All, Healthcare for All Coalition, and Decent Work & Health Network, which all fight for health care for all, regardless of immigration status.
