Join health care workers, patients and advocates wanting to defend and expand public health care and help set the political agenda for the 2025 federal election!

Sunday, February 23, 7:00 PM ET – Opening Reception
Monday, February 24, 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM ET – SOS Medicare Conference and Lobby Training
Tuesday, February 25, 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM ET – Hill Lobby meetings, noon-hour rally for public health care, reception with Parliamentarians
Wednesday, February 26, 9:00 AM – 12 PM ET – Post-lobby debrief and strategizing
The 2025 Canadian Health Coalition Parliament Hill Lobby will feature:
- The SOS Medicare Conference, co-sponsored by the Canadian Health Coalition, Canadian Labour Congress, Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions (CFNU), National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE), the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC).
- Lobby training
- Meetings with parliamentarians
- Rally for public health care on Parliament Hill
- Reception with MPs and Senators
- Networking opportunities
- A post-lobby debrief and strategizing session
